K0-130H+ is a single-row 9-pin small high-performance high-speed carrier data transceiver module based on the carrier chip independently developed by our company. It is specially designed for reliable transmission of high-speed data in 0V-220VAC/DC and non-powered environments (such as pipelines and grounding, one signal line and grounding, two signal lines, 12V AC/DC power lines, etc.), and a cost-effective carrier module has been developed. It is suitable for industrial control, railways, community intelligence, smart homes, building control and other applications that require carrier transmission of data. The transmission distance can reach 2.5K m (power main line). The actual carrier rate can reach 4000BPS. KQ-130H+ carrier module includes many complex peripheral circuits such as carrier drive, coupling, filtering and lightning protection. The two AC terminals of the module are directly connected to 220V (no distinction between live wire and neutral wire) to achieve delay-free communication. K0-130H+ carrier module realizes the way of transparent transmission and reception of data by power line carrier.

• 1. The carrier board integrates the KQ-330/2 module and peripheral circuits. It does not require other coupling components and can be directly connected to 220V AC power. The external dimensions are 50x37x22 mm (Lx0xH), and the pins are led out in a single row (see the figure below).

The pins are connected to the 220V AC power supply without direction (1st pin, 2nd pin spacing 762mm), the spacing between pins 2 and 3 is 31.5mm, and the spacing between the remaining pins is 2.54mm. The operating frequency is 120-135KHZ, and the interface baud rate is 9600bps. The actual baud rate is 2400BPS/4000BPS.
