Low Cost Spay & Neuter Campaigns

Hope 4 A Street Dog’s main focus is on prevention, through funding and hosting spay and neuter clinics in the neighborhoods that need them most. We believe that through a combination of education and accessibility to veterinary care, we can make a notable difference in our communities.

Dog and cat populations will grow out of control extremely quickly when animals are not fixed and left to reproduce. In just 6 years, one dog and her offspring can produce up to 67,000 puppies, and in just 7 years, a cat and her offspring can produce up to 370,000 kittens. Imagine the suffering the majority of those puppies and kittens would have to face without enough resources and homes to care for them all.

We are so grateful for the help that we receive from local veterinarians, volunteers, community residents and local businesses. These clinics would not be possible without the collaboration and hard work from everyone involved.

If you would like to get involved, we are always looking for volunteers and sponsors! Making a donation is the easiest way to make a huge difference. Just $25 covers the cost of one animal to be spayed or neutered. We also depend on donations for antibiotic and pain medications for the dogs’ care post-surgery.
